Simple Fried Rice


Ingredients: 
Basmati rice boiled (75% cooked), salt to taste, oil, pepper crushed, oregano, garlic diced, schezwan chutney, tomato sauce, eggs scrambled, chicken minced or shredded, spring onion, green chilly sauce, soy sauce, veggies (carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion white part) 


Step 1: 
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and the veggies. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame. 

Step 2: 
Add pepper crushed, oregano, schezwan chutney, tomato sauce, chilly sauce, soy sauce, salt to the wok. 



Step 3:
Add rice followed by shredded chicken and scrambled eggs. Toss the mixture well. 

Step 4: 
Add cut spring onion leaves.

Step 5:
Serve hot :D
