Poha Cutlet :)



Today I am going to show how to make poha cutlets.
Its simple to make and its very tasty

Ingredients

1. Poha - ½ kg
2.  3 onions
3. Finely chopped Ginger – 2 teaspoons
4. Finely chopped garlic -2 teaspoons
5. Curry leaves
7. Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
8. chili powder ½ teaspoon
9. Garam masala  ½ teaspoon
10. 4 boiled potatoes
11. Oil
12. Salt
13. 2 eggs
14. Bread crumbs

Steps

1. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan
2. Add ingredients from 1 to 6 into pan and saute them till golden brown
3. Add ingredients 7 to 9 into the step 2 ingredients and continue sauteing.
4. Wash the poha and strain the water from it, add it to the mixture
5. Add salt to the mixture
6. Now put off the flame
7. Mash the potatoes (into a thick paste) and add it to the mixture
8. Make the mixture into small balls and give desired shape.
9. Dip the poha mixture balls in the eggs and then in breadcrumbs
10. Fry them

This can make an excellent evening snack.
Can be served with tomato sauce or green chutney
