Roasted Potatoes with Tamarind Sauce
Ingredients :
4 -5 Potatoes
Garlic
For Tamarind Sauce :
2 Tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
Preparation Method:
- Clean and Cut the Potatoes into small square shape
- In a pan , preheat 3-4 Tablespoon of Oil
- Add Crushed Garlic and Stir for few seconds.
- Then add cut Potatoes to the Oil and Fry till cooked
- Once they are cooked add the tamarind sauce to it and stir for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Serve Fried Tamarind potatoes hot
