Roasted Potatoes with Tamarind Sauce





Ingredients :

4 -5 Potatoes
Garlic

For Tamarind Sauce :

2 Tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Salt




Preparation Method:


  1. Clean and Cut the Potatoes into small square shape
  2. In a pan , preheat 3-4 Tablespoon of Oil
  3. Add Crushed Garlic and Stir for few seconds.
  4. Then add cut Potatoes to the Oil and Fry till cooked
  5. Once they are cooked add the tamarind sauce to it and stir for 1 or 2 minutes.
  6. Serve Fried Tamarind potatoes hot
