Mini Birthday Cake

Did you just remember your friend's or your closed one's birthday or anniversary at the last moment? You might want to know a quick and simple way to make a cake and surprise them, so here is a quick and simple cake recipe!

Ingredients

1) 75 grams butter

2) 75 grams chocolate

3) Coffee powder (optional: it will give cake coffee flavor)

4) 100 grams flour

5) 100 grams powder sugar

6) a pinch of salt

7) 2 eggs

Method

Melt butter and chocolate in a pan.

Wait for it to cool down to room temperature.

Now put all the ingredients in the blender to blend it well.

Choose a microwave safe container(a small container as we are making a mini birthday cake)

butter and sugar coat the inside of the container.

Pour the batter into the container.

Keep the container in the microwave and set it to 70 seconds.

At the end of 70 seconds you get soft mini birthday cake.

For Frosting

1) 50 grams icing sugar

2) 50 grams butter

3) 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk

4) Chocolates (for chocolate flavor). But here I have used cocoa powder instead.

Method

Blend all the ingredients well.
Now, spread the frosting over the cake and your cake is ready. Have fun!
