Chocolate Gateau


Ingredients:
300 gm whole wheat flour
50 gm cocoa powder
3 tbsp baking powder
300 gm powdered sugar
10 drops vanilla extract
150 ml sunflower oil
250 ml boiled and cooled milk

For garnishing:
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Condensed milk




Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 150 degree Celsius. 
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder together in a bowl.
Add sugar and vanilla extract and slowly beat in the oil and milk to make a smooth batter. 



Grease a cake tin and pour the mixture filling it upto half.


 Bake for about 30-35 minutes depending on the size of the cake tin. The height of cake tin is directly  proportional to the time it will take to bake the cake.
Leave undisturbed until completely cool, then turn out on a wire rack. 
Finish off by garnishing with Hershey's syrup and condensed syrup or any other garnishing of your choice.
